Support our strike: how you can show solidarity with us!

On 3, 6 & 7 July, we will be striking against the council’s imposition of Tower Rewards. The new contract tears up our terms and conditions. It will slash our severance pay – an important safety net for essential workers worried about their jobs. It removes vital market supplements – that make working in inner London more affordable. It takes away protections for important grievance and disciplinary procedures. All whilst giving big pay rises to the people at the top.

Tower Rewards will make workers more vulnerable and will increase inequality. The council is sacking thousands of essential workers to impose a new contract on July 6. How can a Labour council use Tory laws to attack essential workers? How can our Mayor say Black Lives Matter whilst increasing inequality?
